Janiyen Al-Abdullah- Motivation

Finding the motivation to exercise is so hard, but I found some tips to help.
1. Put your exercising clothes out so you see them.
2. Changing your mind to go out, put exercising clothes on and them make a decision.
3. Put together an upbeat playlist before heading out.
4. Imagine your future self, strong, healthy and kicking ass.
